Awesome. "Hold the Line" remains one of the coolest moments in the franchise imo.
Shepard should take lessons from him.

How exactly you managed to kill him? That has never happened to me.TheDarkRats wrote...
How, exactly, do you get Kirrahe to live? I've never figured that out... Do you have to destroy *all* of the things to stop Geth transmissions or something?

Until I saw this thread I thought his death was unavoidable. :/Tup3xi wrote...

We fight or we die, that's the plan.
We eat or we starve, that's the plan.
We drink or we dehydrate, that's the plan.

I have nothing to add to the awesomeness of those at this time so I'll just say "good job".alex90c wrote...

First Shut down the Geth aiming (Its that little PC on the firstbuilding when u play as shadow team)
Second destroy the satellite Dish, at the secound building (its on the Top of it)
Third destroy the fueltank and the rocket drohnes, which are refuel( its a little bit outside of the normal way, but if you look on the map you see it)
Finaly shut the alarm down and DON´T aktivate him on the other side.
soo The Captain still live and dance on the Normandy

For those of us playing on ps3....any idea if he 'lived' or 'died' during the interactive comic? I know you could choose Aiden/Ashley, but no mention of Kirrahe until Mordin talks about holding the line (I've got me1+2 on pc and have saves with him both living and dying, just wondering if its a flag i won't be able to hit on ps3 version of me3). From what Mordin says on the ps3 I assume he dies, which is kind of lame - I'll have to get the pc version of me3 just to see what he says! :S
The easiest way to find out is talking to Mordin. When you first talk to him he will talk about STG. If you have the option to mention a Kirrahe to Mordin then he'll comment on him and reference if he died on VIrmire.
Since you're on the PS3 you may not even get an option to ask about Kirrahe. Unfortuantely, the comic gives PS3 players the shaft when it comes to a lot of the side stories/missions.

Yeah, you need to attack all the outposts that you'll pass along the way, two of which are guarded by geth and another is a landing pad for those flying gunbot things. You have to kill all the geth and destroy/disable a control panel at the first two and blow up the tanks at the landing pad plus the gunbots. Dialogue from Kaidan/Ash or Kirrahe will inform you if you've done it right. Then when you get to the doors of the facility one of your team mates will tell you about the alarms, and how it will impact Kirrahe's squad. Chose the paragon option. I believe you have to save who ever is with him, too in the AA tower.
One time I did none of the outposts and took the Renegade route with the alarms, radio chattered told me Kirrahe died midway through the mission.
