My goal is to play the game with Russian Audio and English subtitles.
Do I need to get the Russian version of the game? Currently I only have the English one.
I'd appreciate someone showing me how to do it, if possible. I'll get whatever version you ask of me if you could show me instruction of how is this possible.

You would have to get the russian voice overs, I belive someone did this a while back.. but maybe it was english voice overs and russian subs.

The official russian version was released by 1C in 2008 or 2009, and I guess they only did that due to contractual obligations, so I'm not sure they did full VO translation. I'll ask around.

Yes, they translated the VOs.
You'll have to get the russian version and replace dialog.tlk with the same file from the english version.

I'm not sure how it works exactly but if the Russian version has the same filename (dialog.tlk), it may overwrite the English one, so either move or copy it into a temp folder before uninstalling it (the English version) and then replace the one from the Russian install (I'd expect it to be installed in the same location as the English one was).
