I've definately noticed that the longer I play the worse the stability of the game gets and it gets laggy, sometimes it will just crash or be near unplayable with long load times, etc.
Are there any little fixes to be done on a 64-bit system to improve performance? Like:
1. Run the game as Admin
2. Change the priority level in task manager
3. Some... mod

Right now, no. In fact, if you had checked the top of this forum you would have seen a data gathering thread on this exact issue. The problem is worse for many with the 1.05 beta patch and the devs are working on tracking the problem down. Hopefully there will be a solution soon.
