I'm going to start up the game with a few characters and then choose what to use for my real playthrough. I always do that.
Only when I start up the game and take a look for myself will I know how much the different classes appeal to me.

on topic though, Soldier, no need to use what the illusive man gave humans, might be a easter egg in the end, all biotic humans stop suddenly ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL... yea, im not going to be controled by the harbinger. and for those who dont know, the illusive man is the cause for all human biotics, creapy huh.

All of those Sheps are different. Skylar is the true-blue paragon, Amara's the ruthless renegade, and the rest are a mixed pot. I wanted to see what would happen with all those...plus it would be way too much work to make all the face/class changes...just easier to import.
