My Renegon Infiltrator. Then Adept. Then Engineer. Then my canon soldier (paragade). I made different choices. I'm curious to see how they turned out.
Really... Which one you gonna play first?

My main character is a Sentinel, and the fact that it is by chance my favorite class makes the choice all the easier.

Vanguard I suppose. If Bioware made the Engineer more like a combat engineer, doing demolitions, fortification etc. I'd love to play that.

Adept, It's the only class that provides me a challenge.

I'll just be a generic soldier so I can focus on the story the first time through. I've got a special soldier Shepard who I've saved for the official first playthrough of Mass Effect 1, 2 and next 3.

QUESTION: If I play as (Insert class) in ME 1, and I find the specialization mission, does that have any effect on ME 2?
Or can I chose any other class in ME 2, without that change of class having any effect on the game?

I keep all of my Shepard's consistent between games (touching up their appearances maybe [1 and 2 needed it] but refining/correcting rather than reinventing [which required a long process of switching back and forth between the import-as-is screen and the import customised screen making gradual changes])
My first (and preferred) Shepard is an infiltrator so that's going to be my first

,,I assume you mean the "rogue VI" mission (with it's subsequent modification to the player's class)
I do not know of any affect to ME2 and believe that you are just simply reset to one of the basic 6

Sentinel. Normal (for 1st playthrough). Ultimately will give class a playthrough on at least hardcore.
