 I had 2 characters (about 40 hours played on each), and after a system restore they no longer show up when I play Dragon Age 2. Both character files are still in: Users--->Name--->My Documents--->Bioware--->Dragon Age 2--->Characters

I started a new game, saved it, and it saved in that same folder...the name appears next to the two character folders that the game won't recognize. What happened and can I recover these files? 

Running Windows 7 and I have well above the necessary requirements to run Dragon Age 2 properly.
