Noticed all my DLC content was stuck at 0% on one of my computer but not the other.

Went through all the PC tech trouble shooting on this forum and nothing work.

Noticed my other pc had zone alarm firewall (which you can download for free)

Dled zone alarm on my pc that the dlc wasnt dling.

Restarted and allowed DA have accses when prompted by zone alarm.

Everything started working fine after this.

I am guessing that there was an issue with windows sercuity setting blobking the DLC content form dling.

Geting Zone alarm overited these sittings and allowed it to work.

Just google zone alarm if you need to try this.

I am still having this same problem I purchased wardens keep and is stuck on 0%. I have reinstalled my .net 3.5 framework and disabled both my Avira Antivirus and Comodo firewall and still it gets stuck at 0%. I read other similar posts about checking the updater service etc...and NONE of these things fix my issue. I was previously able to download the Stone Prisoner which came with my Collectors edition. Can anyone help me please! Im losing my mind!

Point 3 & 4... good chance you'll need to mix&match some of the measures of those things...

Deleting Manifest.xml, stopping DAUpdaterSvc.exe through cmd.exe, manually downloading the file (link given in the topic), installing it, starting the updater again and starting the game?
Because that's the last resort possible... because if it doesn't work completely ingame, try it 'outgame'.

What I mean with that: dunno if you are or not (if you aren't, I apologize), but don't be stubborn and try to stick with ingame downloading if that doesn't work OK. Maybe later on it will work completely OK ingame

Well true I am a bit apprehensive about the manual download method.....I had no problem with Stone Prisioner or Collectors Edition...why all of a sudden with Warden's Keep does the downloader not work?...
