It's called sleeping.
Anyway, don't worry--I'll try to get at least three more done tomorrow.

This may be a dumb question but I'm trying to follow the "upload custom avatar" tutorial and I can't find the "upload info" button, Where exactly is that located?

I like it. Althrough I think the the strange blur left for Shepard kinda ruins it. Would it be possible to remove it?
<3
Like how you turned the angle of the ME3 icon. Makes it seem like he's flying the Normandy.

Oh yeah, sure I could. Smoothing out an area's really easy to do.Lizardviking wrote...

Oddly enough, I spent about ten minutes debating whether I wanted the blur or not...
That is my favorite part of that icon. WOOOOOSH!<3

I experimented with tilting the logo before, but Joker here was the first one it worked on.
And now to retreat into the seedy underbelly of Photoshop and my screencap library.

Alright thanks. Hopefully I can get this thing to work properly because your avatars are better than anything on here by default. (No offense BioWare)AdmiralCheez wrote...

While I appreciate some of the special things certain of the avatars have (Jack's got writing on it, Samara has biotic glow, with Kasumi there is an icon etc) I don't understand why you added the blur thingy to Shepard's icon. Unless you were going for a really, really poor visual pun for spectre?

With Shepard, I wanted to emphasize the grunge and grit of a galaxy at war, but also crank up the whole "galactic savior" angle. I gave him a sanitly glow, whipped up some grunge, and got that weird blur on the left corner from the two effects overlapping. It kind of looks like there's water or grit on the camera lens or something, and leaving that part of the picture just black was boring, so I kept it.Lizardviking wrote...

Usually, when I do these, I only have a color and mood in mind. The rest happens by tweaking stuff to make it look nice. Sometimes, what I end up with looks nothing like what I initially planned.
This happens with my drawings and paintings, too. I started painting a lion today as practice for a bigger project and it turned into a clown.
Also, Miranda, you're getting redone.

Interesting. I can appreciate what you were trying to do with it.

Which "Nigel" do you intend to use?

You know what? I'm going to do a tutorial for these so y'all can make your own.
Easy enough to do, since I just bascially have to take screencaps of myself working and then explain what I'm doing...

Uhh sound exciting. Personally I would use the "Nigel hears the screams from the civilians" part.

Bah. Too lazy for that. Beside if I am going to do anything creative with Mass effect , I should finish my current fanfic.
