I certainly think so too 
It was my first thought when I saw it. Seeing how popular the cityscapes are there is no doubt it would sell well.
The few screenshots and concepts we have seen look fantastic. Im not a massive MaleShep fan, but I love the ME3 ArtBook Cover. I think that would make a great Litho!!
Just make sure to do a female Shepard one as well alongside it if you do release it! Which you totally should!
