On Dragon Age Wikia, it says that if Wynne is still alive at the end of the Broken Circle quest, there's an update to her codex entry: "If Wynne is alive at end of "Broken Circle":
She escaped the battle with her life, and stayed to search for
survivors and tend the wounded. When she returned home, she found that Uldred
had gone on ahead of her, spreading the lie that the Wardens had
betrayed Cailan and urging the Circle to support Loghain. Wynne
immediately spoke with Irving and told him the truth. Irving then
confronted Uldred about his falsehoods--prompting Uldred to use terrible

However, the only update I received was the one about her joining my character's party after defeating Uldred. Does anyone know how I obtain this particular update?

The wikia is not 100% accurate.
Plus I remeber that update happening elsewhere, and not immedietly after that quest. I cant be sure but I think somewhere around the landsmeets or epilogue.

I've played the pc version completely two times now, I think, but I still have yet to see that entry. I hope this time it'll update.

Okay. I've now played Awakening two times on the pc, yet, I keep missing the Architect's character entry. On Dragon Age wikia, it says it is located in the Silverite Mines. I'm already past that point, and have not seen it. Does anyone know if there's even an entry about him, and not just the notes? I'm missing entries 180 and 208. If there's no way to get the entries activated in the game, is there a way I can read what it would have said in the toolset?
