Dowloaded and installed the Item Pack II content for all 3 characters. The Item Packs show in my "downloadable content" when accessed from the front page when game is loaded - as does the Black Emporium.
But, when I go to my Inventory, I can't find any of the new items. Am logged in, and have also tried restarting the game.
Probably just me doing something silly, but would appreciate any help.

Check your chests in your house. If it's not there I don't know what happened. You have to connect to authorize it once I think like the other DLC I would guess? Someone who has it would know.

Thanks for the suggestion - tried that, no luck. Also started a new character - same thing, no items. Have read support/FAQ/googled, with no success.
EDIT: I am officially silly now. Went back and double checked. No DLC items in my storage chest, but I saw some arrows on my map pointing to a room in my new mansion (just starting Act 2), and there are some fancy chests there. Looks like they contain my new items.
More coffee needed.
