Hello,
I'm working on my first playthrough of Mass Effect, and I've run into a problem. I'm currently in Peak 15. I have completed the repairs to the landlines and the reactor, but when I speak to Mira [the AI] near the entrance to the reactor area, clicking on the "Investigate" dialogue option after pursuing the options for the "Rift Station" and "Hot Labs" threads causes a crash to desktop. I have attempted this multiple times, always with the same results.
For what it's worth, I'm playing a Soldier with maxed Intimidate score.

Once you have repaired the landlines and reactor, simply go to the train station, deal with the issues there and ignore talking to her. You may have a corrupted file, bad driver, or any number of other issues. If you can avoid the problem, and by what you wrote you can, then do so. If it crops back up at a point you can't avoid then post a full report per the sticky at top of forum and we can then try to help.
