I registered my ME2 that I bought from Steam and i go to my profile and registered game promo content...and it doesn't come up. In fact the only thing that comes up is a bunch of DA II content but i don't even own that game. can anyone help me?

Are you sure you redeemed the promo code? Registering the game is not the same thing. You need to register the game first (which you've done). Then redeem the code. If you've done both, then the only option next is indeed to speak with EA.
