When I noticed it I couldn't believe my eyes. A comparison between a Star Wars alien Dex and a Mass Effect alien Wrex. The resemblance in uncanny. Makes you wonder, doesn't it? Even the names are similar.



A comparison between Abe Sapien from Hellboy and Thane Krios from Mass Effect. In my opinion shows how much Thane is generic looking. I know that Bioware said they looked at him when creating Thane but he still looks really generic to me. 


And do you have any observations like that? Maybe you too encoutered a Mass Effect look a like in other pieces of fiction I would really want to know. If you do, please share them.

Wrex and Dex are really very similar, but
Wrex in my opinion has a better design. And about Abe and Thane'a - hmm, they
also look really alike but Dex and Wrex have more resemblence.
