I'm having real problems getting my characters to upload to the site. I play DA:O on the PC, and my achievments uploaded fine, but no matter what I do it insists that I have 0 characters. 

I tried installing the character creator, but whenever I try to upload them it says that it could not connect to my online profile, which is annoying becuase the upload message keeps flashing and I'm forced to control-alt-delete out of it. 

I've read the FAQ about it and I'm sure that my firewall is not blocking any of the ports the game or character creator needs (It seems to say they have access to all ports, although I don't really understand what those pages are saying) 

I'm really just ready to give up now. Is there anything else I can do? Or am I stuck with this boring N7 avatar forever?

I don't want to create a new thread but I had the same problem with the characters from DAO.

My dalish elf is stuck at the level 7 when now is at level 24, and my male warrior directly don't show up in my profile!. Also, I can't upload the screenshots that I took in the game, this really sucks!

I've waited for weeks but still no luck.

 The only way I can see this truly working is if you don't upload character data untill you are pretty much finished playing with that character..
