it'll run on medium settings. I couldn't give you a definate answer on how smooth you'll run it since i've never tested it on those specs but you should be able to play the game at least abeit without the full glory of the graphics settings on high

I know the 9400 GT is nothing special, as already advisd to the same question in the ME-2 forum. ME-1 actually is harder to run all around, because it was much less well optimized.
I'd say a mix of the lowest settings with some medium for that so-slow CPU (the Celeron).
After upgrading to a current MB and CPU, mostly medium, with some few higher settings.
