Hi all, I havea problem with the dlc, I have reisntall mass effect 2, going to folder DLC, and insidce there are DLC_CER_02
DLC_EXP_PATH_01
DLC_HEN_VT
DLC_MCR_01
DLC_MCR_03
DLC_PRE_CERBERUS
DLC_UNC_Moment01
DLC_UNC_pack01

When I try to reisntall to shadowBroker, a message show to me to reinstall mass effect 2 and install it, same with all dlc, (Arrival I try now to install for first time)

It is very hard to understand what you meant and what is happening with what you wrote. I assume english isn't your native language, since you don't write it well. IF you want help in English, you need to write very carefully what is wrong and what you have done to get to this point.

Also, what language is your base game in?

my game version is in italian, steam version. I have finished now to install mass effect 2, tried to re downlaod normandy crash site with firefox but same message " mass effect 2 isn't installed, install it and try."

Now i Tryied to download with internet explorer 7 but same message.. I m angry !

How I can fix this fake problem?

solved was simple log in to cerberus network in mass effect 2, exit game and install dlc... now work finnaly.

Good to hear, just a note, some dlc only work with either English or very limited selection of languages, so read up and make sure they will work with your version.

I have bought mass effect 2 in Russia and download DLC me asked to come into a network cerbers I have come activated a key and second time when I have come have been written that the code already is used what to do???

The Cerberus Network code is a single use code. Once it has been used, it registers the Cerberus Network DLC to your account.
See the tech FAQ at the top of this forum for instrustions on where to fnid it, how to download, and how to install. Section 2 of the FAQ deals with DLC.

Did you try the steps in here?  social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/106/index/6861142  Under Part 2: DLC & Cerberus Network.

Your social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php page should list your available DLC, then you should be able to download/install it.  What steps have you tried?  What language-version are you using?

Once your code is activated, and you log in with the account here on this site that you used to activate the DLC, you should see it in your entitlements page. Then, once you install it, you have to go in the game and log into the Cerberus network ("notebook" type computer on the game's main screen/menu when you first start) at least one time to activate the DLC.

also: Don't forget: Your Cerberus Network password can't have any special characters in it (* # & @) or you won't be able to log into it in the game.  You'll be able to log in just fine here on the bioware site, but the game won't accept special chars.  That's all I can think of at the moment....
