Also, I have to say that I really don't like the blue compared to the superior Cerberus paintjob.

Have to admit, I don't care much for the blue. Have to agree with Kaiser and that isn't even my like of Cerberus talking.

^Not if it's the same ship. Which it is.
Looks like the Normandy is flying through a battle. Other ships in the background? Someone do some investigating.

On the left side of the image about a third of the way down, the smoke/clouds look like a man with a skull head and giant claws about to attack the Normandy. It kind of reminds me of the smoke monster's skeleton form Fern Gully.

The concept art looks great, but the normandy needs a red paint job to make it go faster

It also needs to replace its name with "WAAAAAAAAGH!"

I hate to say it, but I don't like it. The litho's beautiful, but they've revesed the black/white areas of the ship and slapped alliance logos on every surface. I wish they just kept the Cereberus paint job and swapped out the tacky yellow for original red like on the SR1

The alliance uses US navy style hull numbering. The number is used once for one ship, it doesn't change. So the seconde Normandy is still the SR2.
Technically Cereberus were a bit naughty calling their rebuild the SR2 in the first place, especially as we know there are other Normandy-class frigates running around out there.

Well, the Alliance couldn't build nothing better.
.
Good job, Cerberus. The SR2 is just an amazing ship!

The Normandy (both of them) has always been a beautiful ship, and the new paint job makes it a good, I don't know, 20% cooler than the Mass Effect 2 version. All I need is to play "Enterprising Young Men" whenever I'm aboard, and I'm set.

The blue looks MUCH better than that nasty orange/yellow Cerberus paint.
Nice.
Nice.
