 Hi. I got a digital download of ME2 with the DA2 deal that went on in April. Thing is, since I used my code a few weeks ago to log in to the Cerberus Network, it hasn't been logging me in. For a while I was having issues with Origin not registering that I was connected to the internet, but even when it does say I'm connected, the Cerberus Network isn't logging in. My code was entered and it seemed to work, because when I try to re-enter it, the game tells me that the code is already in use.

So, any idea how I can get the Cerberus Network to recognize my internet connection? It would just be awesome to get the free DLC.

dlc isn't controlled from inside the game other than to authorize it which you only have to do once.

if you have the cerberus code or any bonus code it is entered

I don't know if they gave away cerberus stuff to the free dl crew, if not contact EA at EA.com/support

Once you get access, dl the stuff you want, then install it and connect once using the cerberus laptop ingame to authorize your dlc.  You enter your email and password from this site, and don't have any special characters in the password such as %^*$#.  Once you have authorized the dlc you don't ever have to connect again, you can maunally if you want but you don't have to.

So wait, you mean that if the free DLC with the Cerberus Network code isn't in my user entitlements, I don't get it? I thought that the Cerberus Network had exclusive free DLC to download. :/ I used my code under this EA account so it should be there if that's the case.

Also, I /can't/ authorize any DLC because I can't sign in to the Cerberus Network, as I have been trying to say. It keeps saying that the network is busy or my internet isn't connected.

I would call customer support... If you have the card, you have the DLC. There's gotta be something you can do or they can fix.

All right, thanks. I figured I'd end up doing that but thought I'd make sure there wasn't a simple fix first.
