 So i had a worry that the new default femshep might just use a hairstyle that already exists. Im talking about the longest one. id post a link but im having link issues lol. also, do you think the rejected femsheps hairstyles could be added on to the character creator?

I sure hope so...I thought femshep 1 from the first poll was as cute as a box of kittens...

Also number 2 had a very practical hairstyle.

They said they can do more with hair this time around, I don't see why they wouldn't put those hairstyles,just using the old styles but made to look a little cleaner would be kind of a downer.

I really liked all the femsheps, i really liked the hair on # 3 and 6. so i want them to be choices

They are making her unique and giving her a new style.  So much so that if you want to alter the new default femshep you will have to build her from the ground up again.

Yep, we have some new tech that allows us to make the old hair look better and add ones we haven't been able to do before.

The hairstyle of the default FemShep is just a revamped version of the longer style that's been available since ME1. From what they've been saying, it seems all other existing styles will recieve similiar improvements, in addition to brand new styles being added too.

I am also good if the hair stops looking like immovable pieces of plastic as well.

I remember seeing a post by someone, but it was hear-say so I couldn't say if it was true or not.

i dont think we will get very realistic hair.
the hardware requirements of me3 will allegedly be nearly the same as for me2.

i'm guessing longer styles are more difficult to animate around the giant array of guns sticking up from my back. . .though they did okay with Miranda's. wouldn't mind that option so much.

at least they're better than Fallout 3's female styles.

Miranda uses pistols and SMGs which attach to the hip.

yeah, i know. she also wears no armor.  same with jack.  not sure if kasumi's and samara's outfits are protective in any way, either, but basically Shepard and Ashley seem to be the only females who protect their lady bits. come to think of it, good hair or not, a great number of hot chicks in videogameland seem to have magical shields that protect their bikini-clad bodies when corresponding dude characters are trundling around in hundreds of pounds of armor.

i mean, if we're going for realism why stop at the hair? 

point was, it's not possible to have the semblance of long hair with all your gear.  and that makes me a lil sad.

It's awesome that FemShep may get more hairstyles (including the new cover-girl model, nice!)
As a side, note, I hope male Shepards get something, too, i.e. facial hair. One of my male Sheps may have more than a five o'clock shadow if he's been sitting in prison because of Arrival's events.

Similarly, my FemSheps may have longer hair, which I am super excited about. Hope the cg includes a few loose styles, such as Miranda's or Ashley's.
