Hey, quick question for those who have tried this.
I see in looking around the webs that a lot of DAO mods will break when imported to Awakening (no big surprise there), but that many of the ones regarding Character Creation (pineappletree's colors, more hairstyles, etc.) can be ported.
What I *don't* see is how this works. I assume I simply copy the DAO override folder I've made (with all relevant mods) into an override folder in the packages>core portion of the Awakening folder and just rock on. is this correct?
also, if the CC mod is busted, is there a time to play with an imported warden in the CC and get an old hairstyle back?
I am debating whether to buy awakening and whether to use mods with a new da0 warden i'm starting, so thanks in advance for any answers. i just don't want a full playthrough and find i've completely hosed my character and can't port her
thanks!
Mod Question re: DAO to Awakenings - will the hair still work?

yes don't worry, the character creator mods work fine in awakening. You don't need to do any copying or pasting. Both games share the same override folder.
Almost all DAO mods are compatible with awakening, you just have to sometimes use certian methods to get them to show up (using the comand console . etc)
