I have quite a few games that I'm dying to play and that is coming out before ME3 so I can easily get distracted with them... somewhat.
Skyrim come to me~

6 months, eh?
Excellent. Plenty of time to beat Dead Space 2 and Portal 2 without cutting in on my schoolwork.

Im more excited in seeing the femshep trailer since that will arrive first and I been waiting a very long time for it!!
Yeah, I was gonna say:
6 months? Pfft. Try waiting over 4 years for FemShep acknowledgement and advertisement.

Deus ex: Human revolution has recently
been released, Rage is just a month away now, Skyrim is two months away,
and Mass effect 3 is six months away. So many great games
lately!
For me it's:
Two weeks for Gears of War 3, and two months for Skyrim and Saints Row The Third.

Seriously it's half a year away
I've been waiting for this game since I first saw the possibility of a sequel in one of the loading screens back in early 2010. I can't wait!!! I already have my CE pre-ordered and paid off.

Yeah Im thinking that. Thankfully Skyrim comes in November!! Thats easily going to eat 4 months!
Yep Skyrim will definitly help ease the wait, if it is anything like Oblivion was than it should take up plenty of my time, but I have been anticipating ME 3 since I finished my first playthrough of ME 1.

Tried it with Dues Ex, very underwhelming, here's hoping Batman can do the trick. All I need is a good 3 months of not totally thingking about ME3 being around the corner and it'll actually be right around the corner.

uncharted, skyrim, gears 3, maybe batman and rage will keep me occupied.
i wont be fully at attention untill its revealed exactly how i can build my adept for ME3. i love thinking abut how im going to make my character. once i get my hands on everything-ME3-adept, ill prolly poop my pants.

Yea, 6 months.... *cries*
1 for The Witcher (just started it)
1 for The Witcher 2 (it's already good enough for me to play the sequel)
1 for DXHR
1 for L.A. Noire when it's hits the PC
1 wildcard: maybe skyrim, maybe a replay of KOTOR
and one for final playthroughs of ME1 and 2 to roll seamlessly into ME3 on April 1 (I'm in Australia, where we get a March 31 release, but that's my wedding anniversary.)
Got it all planned.
