I'd say anything that adds any kind of zombie mode.  It's tired, trite, it's no longer creative, think of some new ideas already!

I have a habit of not purchasing crappy DLC, but if I would, I'd say the Golden Raspberry goes to Alternate Appearance Packs.

Hmmm...

I can't remember if I purchased horse armor DLC or not for Oblivion years ago.

Everything from Oblivion. Purchased the Vampire's Lair, what a waste of money. That horse armor DLC was joke, thank God I didn't purchase it.

Even Shivering isles? Becuase that was brilliant! Worst dlc I brought was alternate appearance packs for ME2. Apart from that I've been satisfied with all the dlc I've brought.

Lair of the Shadow Broker was pretty disappointing. I can't say something like Oblivion horse armor, because I wasn't dumb enough to pay for that.

Hm...costume packs in general I would have to say, or more correctly alternative appearance packs. No real replay value with those except for different graphics and textures. With costume packs, assuming it's for games like RPGs you might at least get a stat boost.

I'm not sure I can count any of the Oblivion DLC. While there were some truly bad ones in there, I got them all included free when I rebought the GOTY version on a steam sale.

Feastday gifts would have been there if I had been foolish enough to buy that.

So I think I'll go with Witch Hunt. That was the most disappointing DLC I paid for right when it came out. Especially since the truly spectacular Shadow Broker came out at the same time and made it look even worse.

The L4D2 DLC that gave you the campaign with the characters from the first one. I really don't know why I thought it would make L4D any better than the steaming POC that it is, but I held out hope that the cross over element could be cool...there are no refunds on XBL.

ME2 costume packs are pretty pathetic, but I think horse armor has to be some of the saddest DLC ever made. Didn't buy it though.

Hmm...can't really say. I tend to not buy any DLC that I think I won't like.

I wouldn't normally, but some DLC is just exploitative. You can't release a masterpiece like ME2 and not have me want to have everything related to it. I actually haven't downloaded most of the DLC at this point though, I love ME2, but I don't need to play it 3 or 4 times, I just want one more good playthrough with all the DLC just before ME3 comes out.

Okay, but it's two models and it was released very shortly after the game so you have to imagine it's vaugely concealed launch DLC. It's 200 MSPoints, which was less than I remembered, but still, very little content,

I liked the costume packs, but if I had to name somehting. Has to be any DLC for Ace Combat 6. Which where 200 points each for only one skin for each plane. Of which they had 56 skins in total. Which is a waste. Least with ME:2 you got three outfits and not one.

Witch Hunt and Awakening were bad as they were glitchy and didn't explain anything.

But the worst DLC has to be Mothership Zeta I can't even describe how bad it is.

DA:O and Fallout: New Vegas are the only games where I ever bought stand-alone DLC products, instead of buying, for example a GOTY edition.

Awakenings - well worth the price, very enjoyable
Witch Hunt - worth it, although the ending was disappointing
Darkspawn Chronicles - absolutely worth it, lots of fun
Leliana's Song - mixed opinion. it was fun, but a bit too short and slightly overpriced IMO

As for FNV, I purchased Old World Blues, Honest Hearts and Dead Money DLC as part of a Steam package deal, so I think the price worked out to only a few dollars for each one. Haven't played any of them yet, but I imagine the fact that they were so cheap makes them a good value.
