Dragon Age Origins dlc and majority of mass effect 2 dlcs were absolute horrid crap but that's a well known fact. Not even mentioning Dragon Age 2 dlcs because I deleted that trash game soon after I beat it.

Celestial Steed for WoW counts?

I am very happy with my NV dlcs though.  They are fantastic.

These are only dlc's I've purchased, so I may as well put them in order.
(1 = Best)
1. ME2: Lair of the Shadow Broker
2. ME2: Arrival
3. ME2: Kasumi Stolen Memory

Well, I say they're the only dlc's I've ever purchased. But buying a GotY editions or getting a Cerberus code free with ME2, is still purchasing dlc in a way.

So I'd have to say in that case, Horse Armour. (Surprisingly)

The L4D2 DLC that gave you the campaign with the characters from the first one. I really don't know why I thought it would make L4D any better than the steaming POC that it is, but I held out hope that the cross over element could be cool...there are no refunds on XBL.

You had to pay for that?
When I bought L4D2 for 5 bucks (just when the Sacrafice came out) It was all in there.  I thought all DLC for L4D2 was completely free.
Oh wait skimmed over the XBL part.  Microsoft makes them charge.

Witch Hunt and Awakening were bad as they were glitchy and didn't explain anything.

But the worst DLC has to be Mothership Zeta I can't even describe how bad it is.

Well IMO I thought it was pretty cool.  I liked the different setting.  I understand people's complaints though.  Turn the great exploration of Fallout into a corridor shooter.  But a nice change of pace was cool.
I guess if I had payed for it instead of held out for the GOTY edition I might be thinking like you /shrug

I got a lot more playing time out of DA2 (with no DLC) than DA:O (with DLC).

Probably the Firewalker from ME2. I hate the hammerhead so much, damn thing would combust if you looked at it too hard.

Close second would be the DAO Feastday Pranks & Gifts. I don't class this as the worst I've bought as it did bring me a bit of joy. One play through Wynne pissed me off just that little bit too much so I gave her rotten onions until she hated my warden and left :o

Most Fable 2 and Fable 3 DLC was kinda crappy.

And yet I'm still foolish enough to keep buying Fable DLC now and then.

So length = quality to you?

Eh, if memory serves me right, firewalker was completely free - it couldn't be purchased. If anyone was charged for it, I'd completely agree though.

I couldn't remember if it was free or not. Just gave it first place since I didn't really enjoy it at all.

I don't consume DLCs normally and my few DLCs in Civilization V are all good. I prefer expansion packs.

I only ever buy story based DLC and the worst one is probably Mothership Zeta for me.
The DA:O ones aren't kidding though... but I even enjoyed Darkspawn Chronicles more than Mothership Zeta (possibly because it was over sooner).

Why are people equating a 15-20 hour game to DLC? I get that you didn't like DA2, but come on. Transparent bashing is transparent.

Its very expensive to. I won't bother buying anymore I bought the first two when released but then when more and more civilizations were being released as DLC I decided not to. I mean seriously there are a crapload of civilizations that can be added...

The lost and damned for GTA4 was pretty crappy, the Da Vinci Disappearance for Brotherhood was too.
