There are no words in the Character Creator. So I have no idea what the buttons are.

Anyone else with this issue?

Yes, I have the same problem.



Buttons are there, and they function, i.e., I can click on them randomly and they'll bring up other textless buttons. I just have no idea what anything does because there are no words on anything.

1. Try restarting your computer.

2. Make sure your system is updated. Graphics, DirectX, Window's updates, etc.

Ok, I had the english version of the CC installed and the same problems with missing words on every button. Even driver updates had not solved this. Now I used the german version and everything is there. Also there is an "Options" button now which was not there in the english version.



New problem with the german version yet: The trailer is not shown in the beginning.

This is known, and not an issue. The reason that the English is ~50 MB's bigger than the rest of the languages is because it's the only version that has the trailer.

I thought so... it's ok, I've just seen it with the english version installed.<br />
Damn, I would like to have the english version installed instead of the german for creating my characters. I normally work with the toolsets in english and play the game in english, so I hope there will be a solution for this graphical issue soon.

Hexenmeister, what language does your operating system use? I remember there was some other game (I think it was Titan Quest) where the demo had an issue of textless buttons if you installed it on a system with an OS in a different language from the demo.

Yes I did, trying it now on my desktop see if it works.

Ok, works fine on my Desktop, but no words on my laptop and my Laptop has better specs, lol

anyone find a way to get the buttons to have words in English version?
