Same goes with, say, Legion.

I imagine Tali won't look much different going into ME3 as she did going from ME1 to ME2. I dunno what there is to be excited or eager about, other than maybe seeing her face, but we certainly wouldn't see that as a pre-release screenshot from Bioware to the press. I expect Tali to be... more Tali, as usual. Characters like Tali and Garrus we can expect to have a more polished model, and maybe a palette swap, but nothing new, interesting, or surprising.
I'm interesting in seeing Jack, who's supposed to look a lot different, what with now supposedly having hair, clothes, and a personality that's developed. What kind of haircut will Jack have? Now that's a real mystery.
