I believe I have been double charged for Dragon Age 2 weapon pack 2.  Purchased 800 BW pts (account reflects transaction and email confirmation received), then purchased weapon pack 2 (account does not reflect transaction and received 2 email confirmations with 2 different time stamps).  Acount balance should be 480 pts, but is shown as 80.

Edit: Issue resolved, spoke with a pleasant CS rep using the Live Chat feature at help.dragonage.com/ recommend to anyone regarding an issue.
