If you really want to screw over the galaxy, go back, do Samara's loyalty mission and choose Morinth, then make sure Morinth lives (bring her to the final fight or send her back with the crew.)  Unchecked Cerberus + Space Vampire = fun for the whole galaxy!

I like the OP's style ) Trying to kill off the entire crew plus shep just for the lulz sounds like a right laugh! ) It's great that the game allows you to "lose" even though you've won ) And I agree, there should be an "inept" achievement for losing everyone, especially as it sounds quite hard to do!
