I'm interested in using Ashley's facial texture on my Shep, but I don't know how.

I've gone throught the links:

but I can't find any info directly relating to this. There's plenty about modding, and even modding textures - but I couldn't find any useful guide to using Ashley's facial texture on my Shep.

I have done some modding on the PC before, using gibbed - so I'm not a complete noob at this. Also, I have downloaded Texmod - however I'm not really sure what to do next.

Can someone direct me to a walkthrough of how to using Ashley's facial texture on my Shep? There must be one somewhere, as I'm sure that plenty of people have done it. I just can't find it.
