DA2 Character Upload Probs.

I am having problems getting my DA2 character to upload to this site and wondered, if someone can help?  I didnt previously have a problem, but found out I had reached my character limit.  I deleted my first DA2 character, but cant get the new one to upload? I only have one Origins character so its not space.  All the boxes in the account options are ticked, Gameplay Feedback, Upload Character ect.  I just cant figure it out. Anyone?
