Hello.
I just wanted to post a quick note here. I've played a lot of PC games over my short life. I played the Baldur's Gate games, Icewind Dale, and Neverwinter Nights. I've also experienced Blizzard and Valve's major offerings and have thoroughly enjoyed some of these.
I've just completed my first playthrough of Dragon Age Origins. Since I have the Ultimate Edition, I've still got some work to do. However, I have to say that this is the best single-player experience I've had. Ever.
Much thanks.
Thank you for Origins

Chiming in to add my thanks as well, for this and other great games.
I was a WoW addict for a few years myself, but quit when patch 3.2 came out and the queues for battlegrounds became impossibly long. For a while, I bounced from game to game (tee hee, Plants vs. Zombies!), but couldn't find one that truly hooked me.
I already knew I wanted to play DA:O after my ME and ME2 experience, but was waiting for the price to drop. Enter DA:O Ultimate Edition!
Now I find I have so much to look forward to, and not enough time. What an awesome place to be in! Different builds to try on future play-throughs, ME3 coming out in March, plus SWTOR which I'm hoping will be my new MMO addiction. Yes, life is good.
Thanks, BioWare!
@TheReignmaker, if you're not averse to a scifi setting, definitely give the Mass Effect series a shot.

....................I mean yeah I love the game of course, but for some reason I just don't feel that pull anymore. I have the ultimate edition, but now that i got my psp hacked so I can get all the games I want and now that I got Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, I just don't know anymore

I agree with the OP. Dragon Age Origins is the only game I've ever played through more than one time.

Another agree with the OP -- DAO had an impressive ability to surprise me and make me feel for my companion characters. Half the time, I lose interest before I can finish a game... this one I'm well on my way to finishing multiple times.
