Not a real wound, but I got heartbroken when my ex dumped me because he wasn't ready for a committed relationship. I still can't get over it...

Hmm has to be the three major things that I almost passed out from. breaking both the Ulna and radius in my left arm in half, and at an angle that made it look like I had two elbows, being swarmed by a whole hive of fire ants, or the time me and Jessie tried to outrun a road grater on a dirt road with our bikes. I hit a dune, slid, skinned 70% of my body.
There are many other things but those three are tied in the top. Other things is normal wear and tear from fighting, electricution, bruised ribs, etc, etc.
EDIT* some of these replys just reminded me of how bullets tend to avoid me, and that I was ran over with a fourwheeler...that I was driving lulz.

None, though I've had to go through 3 medical procedures due to other health issues.

I was mauled by a pair of guard dogs when I eight. Had my face ripped open and came within 5 milimeters of losing an eye.
Had concussion playing rugby, a boot to the head.
Then there was getting shot in Iraq. Plate stopped it though, did more damage to my underwear than me. Then there was a friend who lost both legs to an IED in Sangin, I had a piece of one of his bones get imbeddded in my arm. Just a flesh wound though.
Oddly, I've never had a broken a bone though....

I recently passed out at the Gym, turns out I was dehydrated. Not sure if that counts as an injury though. However when I was in kindergarten some other kid ran past me on the playground knocking me head first to the ground (this is when they still used concrete for playgrounds). In short blood was everywhere and when I came to in the nurse's office they said a chunk of my head was gone, of course hair has grown over it but I have the scar...

Either when I fell backwards over a knee high bench and my head smacked off concrete or when I was running, fell and my knee landed on some glass shards.

Fell spectacularly and triggered reflex sympathetic dystrophy from foot to knee. Spent seven months with shooting pain every time I stepped or fabric touched it. On the plus side(?), it turned beautiful shades of blue, purple, and red.
It's better now (normal color and only hurts if I walk on it a long time), but it can flare up again at any time and spread to other parts of the body.

7years old got hit by a van and spent a couple of months in the hospital.
I can't remember how old I was but I was lying on a couch channel surfing once and didn't see the pane of glass my dad had put on the couch. I had my leg over the top of the couch and at some point it slid down and massive cut bottom side of the knee. Still have the scar there.
Junior High some douchebag bully kicked me in the balls once during lunch.

I guess it's either when I got somewhat impaled or when my face was slammed against a fence and my teeth went through my lips and made a nice hole.

Either last time I came off my blackbird, fractured skull, broken collar bone and a number of lacerations from the back windscreen I smashed through when the gormless cow in a fiesta decided to pull out in front of me without indicating or looking for oncoming traffioc.
Or second time I got stabbed, big sodding bowie knife. Just thought i'd been punched hard and had allready got the bastards arm up his back making him ballet dance when my mate Shagmonster pointed it out to me. Horrible uncomfortable feeling, lost three stone while recovering from that.

Being cut open on a surgery table while under the 'care' of my openly disgruntled doctor AND anesthesiologist during a spinal block failure.
Basically, the epidural setup (catheter) that was used in my baby's delivery was maintained in me for my post delivery tubal ligation. Through that I was to be administered more analgesia but for some reason they rushed it because they were tired and pissed at some other patients that were complaining about them. So being at their 'mercy', I felt EVERYTHING. I was screaming and crying while they were telling me that I shouldn't be feeling anything.
They didn't stop but only after enough pleading did they resort to knocking me out through another I.V.
I suffer from migraines and have learned to deal with pain over the years and I think if it had not been for the high tolerance of pain, I would have traumatic issues over feeling fingers digging inside me just below my navel.

I was shot in the leg about five years ago by some thug. I was at a friend's house (we were walking down the street towards it), who lived in the high crime part of Cleveland, and these thugs tried to rob us. We didn't have any money, so they told us to "get f*ck outta here, or we'll drop your asses." We we walking away from them when one of them starting shooting at us. He shot three times, and one of them hit me in the leg. The thugs ran off, and my friend got me to his house where he called 911.
Fortunately, the bullet missed vital veins in my leg, and I was going to be fine. That was the last time I was ever in East Cleveland.

Oh yikes. I now appreciate that the worst thing that happened with mine was "didn't do squat."
As to the rest...I really hope you have new doctors now. And the migraines are more under control; migraines suck.

Cracked elbow joint when I was 12 years old, rode my bike on a little frozen pond and - surprise- slipped and broke my left elbow. Great idea.
But I have survived so many *really* bad accidents almost unharmed, hit people head on with 40 mph on my bicycle, hit a parked car with 35 mph on my bike downhill, a 130 lbs dumbbell fell on my chest, banged my a head against a steel cross beam in the bed of a truck while it was breaking really hard - no injuries worth mentioning.
I think I have a very busy guardian angel. Or ten of 'em.

Broken rib from a knee strike in kick boxing, broken toes from kick boxing, sprained ligaments in the right ankle from ju jitsu. Apart from that nothing too major.

Broken wrist while snowboarding would probably be the most severe injury. Though the most painful experience I've had is having my apendix burst pre-surgery. Simply the most uncomfortable experience I've been through.

Yeah I went with what hurt the most, not the most damage.

Well, I've broken my right leg in three places and had to walk a mile to get into any form of civilization with it broken...
I broke my left arm and it had to be reset twice... As in the freakin' bone had to be snapped back into place, TWICE....
I've been shot once...
And a list of others...

Back in the 3rd grade, I broke my left wrist in a freak snowball fight accident. I've also had several severe sprains to my ankles.

When I was six I was pretending to be a wild child and I jumped through a coffee table and tore open the flesh over my shin down to the bone. 40 stitched and twelve years later I have a pretty cool "V" shaped scar on my right shin.

Come on, you can't just say that and not tell the story.
