The Wiki says you can steal this from First Enchanter Irving. I've tried a good number of times now, and have only received random loot (greater health poultices, greater lyrium potions, master runes, etc). I know this accessory isn't amazing at all, but I'm trying to collect as many items as I can.
Has anyone found this in the base installation of Origins? Thanks!
