LOL at the thread title. Maybe Shepard should claim amnesia during the trial as his defense, as a neutral dialogue option.
Paragon option: "I didn't do it because they were batarians! I even tried to warn them. The Reapers were coming!" -> Shepard's recognized as mentally unstable, dangerously delusional, and a menace to society, and sentenced to a nice padded cell for the rest of his life.

Unsure where it was stated, but it's been known for some time that BioWare Edmonton aren't the ones who made Arrival. Edmonton were behind the writing but the actual design and everything else was made by BioWare Montreal.jreezy wrote...
