I am noticing, just recently, that All of Hawke's toggles just drop for no reason.
Her hound desummons, her Heroic Aura & Blood Magic Toggles all just turn off randomly in fights, it's getting really annoying. Anyone else having this issue of late?

I just noticed, every time I casted Haste so far, I detoggle.

Well after more testing, I am noticing every fight, it will De-Toggle my toggles at least twice, this getting very frustrating, did you guys release a patch recently?

Do you have an item with the stealth on hit property? I think some people were saying that this can disable sustained talents.

What I am wearing, when I noticed are: Ring of No Wishes, Tear of Ferelden, Talisman of Saarebas, Belt of Vigor. The armor doesn't matter, that's been replaced after it happened, same with the staff.
But it still happens, it made rest of game very annoying for me, Every fight at least twice, Blood Magic, Heroic Aura, & my Warhound toggle dropped(only 3 toggles I had).
