Cerberus is only one aspect of my Shepards concerns. We got them trying to kill him or her apparently, we have Reapers and Collectors trying to do the same. The Council probably wants him or her dead too, I saved the Rachni and altered Geth rather than destroyed so both of those could also be aiming a dagger at my Shepards back if turn on him or her. My Shepard has slept with different LIs in each game so bound to be some back watching from his or her own companions too... Not looking good for Sheppy atm.

And that is why my Shepards just stick to one L1, last thing I need is a pissed off ex.

(Possible Spoiler) I heard that in one of the Mass Effect Novels TIM came into contact with a reaper artifact and it partially Indoctrinated him. Over time the indoctrination would take it's course until he becomes an actual servant of the Reapers. That is plausible explanation as to why he has those funny eyes and why he turns on you, the last hope for the galaxy, instantly after ME2.
