am i missing something to get her upgrades or bugged? i got the insoles but the robes by jean luc and apparel shop never have anything for her.
everything is restriction=hawke..ive been checking since start of act 2.

Seems like a bug. You should be able to purchase both of them in act 2. You may wish to post in the appropriate technical help forum for your platform to report this.

Edit: Did you check all of the sales tabs? If memory serves, the armor upgrades show up under the gem icon, and not the armor icon.
