OK, OK, Carver was a total turdbag; you're right. 

...but I liked his VA...and the fact that he made it really difficult to be anything but rivals with him. It was refreshing to have a character in a game not turn to mush at the PC's whim.

No, it wasn't just you. Him and Gamlen both are what I'm refering to. As well as the number of people who were disappointed they couldn't romance Bethany. Even though Carver was my annoying douchebag little jocko brother, I still for some reason, wanted to bone him. It's totally not right.

They should have given Carver Jory's face and Cammen's VA, Gamlen Howe's face and Ruck's  VA. That certainly would have made them totally the farthest thing from sexy, and i would be able to look at them as family members again.

OMG, you're absolutely right. There's no way I'd be attracted to either one of them with those attributes. Ruck's VA...hahaha.

As long as you don't go in to the "I'm going to mod my game to swap the appearances of the sibling with an LI so I can romance them" area then It's perfectly cool.

Once you go there ... it gets a bit creepy.

Nah, it's not your "perversion"; Bethany is indeed more attractive than the romanceable ladies, both appearance and personality wise. Never got why they didn't make Bethany "just" a (romanceable) Circle mage you happened to come into contact with several times during your decade in the city, perhaps even take on a mission or two, as the whole concept of an in-game siblinghood was flawed to begin with (and to give Orsino his mandatory second-in-command, of course).

Which Bethany did you get? There were four different ones.

Edit: The second one in the link (pink eyeshadow) is the one I usually get unless I wait to customize Hawke.

The weird thing is that I only get one version of Carver. I've never seen any of the variations...?
