So I decided to do another playthrough of Mass Effect, then about 4
hours in, I got thinking. With the ME2 save editor, by ticking off the
boxes under "Played Mass Effect 1", when you check things off, are these
the major plot choices or a mix of everything?

I remember Casey
Hudson saying something about a huge number of choices going into Mass
Effect 3, and based off of the save editor, I'm only seeing roughly
20-30 choices versus the amount he stated. Just hoping I won't miss anything by using the save editor versus doing another playthrough of the main story. I don't plan on doing any of the side assignments.

Almost everything is covered by the ME2 save game editor, both major and minor decisions.

The current version of Gibbs' save editor covers every possible decision available that was brought over from ME1.

Casey was going by the logic where having a flag checked or unchecked counts as two different choices.

Would someone have to restart mass effect 2 after inporting a ME1 save and using the editor to say that they played the near impossible to get now DLC?

Hey there.

I just need to know a couple of things to do with the ME2 Save Editor.
Just after starting my game, I tweaked the ME2 plot table (Unticking "Intimidated Conrad" as one of the changes)
but also changed the tick boxes under the ME1 plot table. Do I really need to do that or is changing the ME2 plot table enough? Also I read that I have to import the save as a new game to incorporate the ME1 plot changes. If I do need to change them also, how do I do it? Do I just tweak the save as a complete game and then use the file to start a New Game+?

I know that in order for the Conrad Verner bug fix to work, I have to avoid talking to the Asari (I assume its the one who slaps Shepard for Conrad harassing the Eternity Bar). Do I have to not visit the place at all until, suddenly, I get the e-mail from a CHARMED Conrad? If so, when exactly do I get it?

I appreciate all the help. Thanks.
