 This is probably pretty random over a year after the game came out, but I didn't know about this promotion until recently and being the completionist I am it's making me really anxious that I haven't collected these DLC. Is there a way for me to collect these still?

I thought this blog was helpful in describing how to send in a request for a code. The promotion ends in January 2012 so I'd get started now if you want all three codes (if Dr. Pepper is not available in your area).

I had quite a bit, but I gave them all out about 2 weeks ago. 20oz bottles should have yellow caps, not the red or white. "Every cap wins" and "EA" will be prominent on the label (can't miss). If you can't find any, look for some when you take trips; bottlers tend to cycle through having them and not, and different ones supply different areas.
