Maybe it shouldn't be the ending song, but the March of Cambreadth should be appear in this game somewhere.  One of the greatest martial songs of all time.  I'm particularly fond of the first and third verses:

I also always thought the Battle Hymn of the Republic was a great piece of martial music, but the Christian overtones will raise too many hackles in a game that has avoided that sort of content, so it just wouldn't fit IMO.

Edit:

Not suitable as an ending song, but actually as an opening song: The Howling by Within Tempation.  It fits particularly well, especially the lyrical segments about complacency (Turian councilor anyone?)

For an ending song, I'm sure it's been mentioned, but Stand My Ground by Within Temptation works.  The femsheps might especially like this one for the female lead singer.

Fitting for a renegade male Shepard I think would Justice by Rev Theory.

Also, Indestructible by Disturbed seems appropriate.

Edit:

Rise by The Cult seems appropriate too, especially in the case of an epic heroic victory.
