I think you can get BM and keep wynne.
You need some coercion and a high approval rating.
But never admit its blood magic.*come on we can fool an old witch*

If all you want on the first playthrough is the unlock, you may be able to get that by gaming your save files: I'm guessing that once the unlock is applied to your account it's good forever, so you could take the unlock, restore a save from before the choice, and then play through the Good way.
