So I have patch 1.03 and I've now installed Legacy twice. It appears under the Downloadable Content tab with an asterisk next to it and in the description at the very top it says:

"Version Number: (Unauthorized) 1.0."

The Hawk statue that's supposed to be in game on the second floor of Hawk's mansion is not there

What's the problem and how do I fix it?

I don't have any DA2 mods installed and all of my other DLC content works.

Have you logged into the account, ingame in the online section options, to link the game to the account you bought the dlc with?? You have to link the game to your bioware account using the same email and password(without special characters such as $%#@) to get the dlc authorized.

I bought the all item pack 2 and have downloaded and installed all three to my Win 7 PC. I am logged in in the game and linked to the account I bought the DLC with. However under the Downloadable Content it shows all three as Version 1.0 (unauthorized). How do I fix this?

Never mind, I guess I wasn't logged in.
