Hmm, something has been boggling my brain. In ME1, i didnt romance any character, and in ME2, when i start doing the LOTSB dlc, when i see Liara, my shepard kissed her. Not a friendly, good to see you again kiss, but a full on, lips on lips kiss that you would only do with your LI. Does this always happen, no matter what choices you make, or is it based on my choices beforehand?

If you didnt romance Liara in ME1, then it sounds like your save file import got glitched.

Liara tended to "ninjamance" you unless you used very specific replies, or your save might just be glitched as Bogsnot said.

Didn't romance anyone, and in ME2 she just hugged my Shepard. You is glitched.
