Hello.

So I just ME2 for my xbox 360. But I can't log on to the cerberus network it just takes me to a page that says cerberus network activation. But I already have an account how do I log with that? Cause I really want to keep my collectors weapon and armor.

And I have tried redeeming my code I got for cerberus network when I bought the collectors edition for the pc but it says code already in use.

Click on the connect button below the second "laptop" on the main screen and enter info......

I can't when I click connect under the second laptop cerberus network activation pops up and I can't go to any other screens. I have tried everything. If it was that simple do you really think I would have posted...

If you had seen some of the questions I have answered you would not ask.

Most common issue would be using a different id when you redeemed the code. Make sure you are on the correct id, and not mother's, brother's or first cousin.

We do get some questions here that are facepalm worthy at times. And to troubleshoot a problem those trying to help tend to eliminate the most simplest possibilities.

Hp, the first thing is you can't reuse your Cerberus Network code. It states that it is a one-time use code.

In addition to mcsupersport's advice I would also suggest you see if you have the content registered to the 360 as well. To do so you'll have to check with your account here. Because it's possible even if you can log-in you might not have the content.

@OP, it sounds like you are trying to log into ME2 using the incorrect e-mail.


Step 1) Go here: http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php

Step 1a) Look through the list of DLC and make sure it has all the Cerberus Network DLC (and any other free DLC you registered):

• Blood Dragon Armor
• Umbra Visor (Dr. Pepper)
• Sentry Interface (Dr. Pepper)
• Recon Hood (Dr. Pepper)
• Terminus Weapon and Armor
• Collectors' Weapon and Armor
• Inferno Armor
• Zaeed - The Price of Revenge (Cerberus Network)
• Cerberus Weapon and Armor (Cerberus Network)
• Normandy Crash Site (Cerberus Network)
• Cerberus Arc Projector (Cerberus Network)
• Firewalker Pack (Cerberus Network)

If the DLC is not there, you are logged into the Bioware Social Network using the wrong e-mail address / EA account. Try again until you can see it.

Step 1b) If you can see the Cerberus Network DLC and your Collector's Weapon and Armor, then scroll to the top of the screen.

It should list your e-mail address as well as the Xbox Gamertag you have attached to your EA Account (if a gamertag isn't attached to your EA account it will say "None" and will need to be linked in-game).

Now, this is the most important part. Remember the e-mail address your account is registered under.


Step 2) Turn on your Xbox 360 and pop in ME2.
Hit Y to connect to the Cerberus Network.
Then hit Continue and accept the EA Terms & Conditions.
You should then be at the Login/Create screen.
Enter the same e-mail from Step 1b as well as the associated password.

If you did this correctly, and logged in with the correct email + EA account you should see this screen:



If not, you will see this:
