 Hi there!
I bought ME2 and i wrote the code where i had to, I downloaded Zaeed and the other weapons and missions but...where are they in the game? I don't know if I have to copy something or..I don't know..sorry I seems so stupid.
Help me please!

You need to install them after downloading them.
Once on board the Normandy, you'll get a bunch of messages on your private terminal telling you about the various squadmates, missions and the like. Note that some of these messages will not appear until after you have done the Horizon mission.
