In BG2 the Priest spell spheres were one big stuff-up, Minor Spheres v Major Spheres was not covered at all.
Cleric kits, Clerics of a specific god (Lathander, Helm, Talos) are Specialty Priests, as was outlined in the TSR book Faiths and Avatars. They can never access all Cleric spheres.
I don't recall a coherent list of which spells are "Cleric" and which are "Druid", hence this list below:

How I created this list
I translated the PDF BG 2 Manual into Word format by a simple copy and paste. Then I used the Replace All function in Word to turn the spell description headings into level 4 Table of Contents headings. After that I copied the Table of Contents into a text editor (Crimson Editor), this removed all the ToC hyperlinks in one hit. Then copying from Crimson Editor to Excel left all the ToC page numbers in a column by themselves. Said numbers were deleted. This left one column of Priest spell names, which could be copied back into Word. I had BG2 run in windowed mode, this enabled me to look at both the game's Priest Spellbook and this spell list at the same time. I started out with the Priest spell list that included both Cleric and Druid spells. It was a simple matter to delete any Priest spell that did not occur in the given list.

I haven't played with druids extensively, but PlanetBaldursGate lists "priest" spells, and in the lists (click through for each level), they actually identify which spells are accessible to priests and which to druids.  It seems broadly the same as your list above, but I haven't checked it in detail.  I'd be reluctant to trust the manual.

I am not a fool, see my note: "I had BG2 run in windowed mode, this enabled me to look at both the game's Priest Spellbook and this spell list at the same time."
I checked both lists against the spellbooks of a high level Cleric and a Druid. Ditto for the Paladin and Ranger. Barring clerical error on my part the lists should be wholly accurate.

Might be handy to make some links "sticky" because this is a basic point, the manual does not cover for some bizarre reason.
