That, and Digg. And I guess you can count the Gamestop forums.

I say BSN because I don't go to any other forum at all but I have...seen the horror of 4chan and the codex forums. *shivers*

This forum is probably the worst. Still like it though.

I have never seen a more entitled group of online people congregated together in my life. It didn't help that the creators of The Codex were completely freakin' dellusional and as such fostered the atmosphere. I remember when their leader, Alex Wynn, wrote about how he flew to Bungie HQ and demanded to see Frank O'Connor, only to be "dragged out".
When you get up to THAT level of crazy, it is pretty hard not to be the most crazy forum on the web.

Probably Bethesda's forums. I have to take Prozac after visiting that place because of all the depressing negativity and pessimism.
Then I advise you dont go to HL2.net. I browse it now and again for news on HL3 and I've noticed how negative everyone is on there. If one person is optomistic they'll quickly flame them and bring them down.

I have never, ever seen a worse forum than The Codex/Edgeworks Entertainment. It even beats out RPG Codex.

Seriously?!? So he tried barging in to Bungie's headquarters to demand to see some guy?
Who is Frank O'Connor and why did he demand to see him?

YouTube comments, hands down. I'd give examples, but they are easy enough to find.

Between those... I think the RPG Codex forums take the prize. One visit was enough to scare me away for good.

I'm not sure what the problem with that is. It's a religious forum dedicated to helping teenagers stay sexually pure. Yeah, they're going to delete threads that go against the express purpose of the forum.Romantiq wrote...
