I just now made myself the "normal" Bioware account( 2 weeks after this BSN account)
They are connected over my Mail address.

Now i want to know. Til now people got Mails like the one for the Lucky Stone ring
or the tips for the Origins in DA:O

How can i get this stuff afterwards? i mean i had already chars uploaded, but that was before
i made the Bioware standard account.

Or are the mails just "official service" and i get that connections without any problems?

I still haven't received any emails concerning lucky ring or the tips either. Is there some setting we need to have checked somewhere?? When I got to the social site I just logged in with the old forum site settings and didn't get asked any questions. I have checked my ea and the other forum account settings and its set to receive mail from ea and bw.

Were I to take a guess, go to www.ea.com and sign in using the AJAX bar fixed to the bottom of the browser window. Where it says "Welcome, " (next to where you clicked to sign in, which now reads "Sign Out"), click to go to your profile. Scroll down and check the first item under Contact Options.

Didn't see this. Did you do this (for EA notifications) using the process I described above or have you only checked on this site and the old BioWare site?

At any rate, I sincerely doubt the e-mail is anything more than a service.

At ea.com as well. I have both options checked allowing them to send me info and to share info with partners.

I think Jesse made a mention somewhere of a checkbox to allow notifications during registration that didn't always show up. I forget if it was there when I registered but that might be it.

The email regarding the lucky stone is sent/not sent based on your EA account opt-in setting. If you've opted out from EA communication, you would not have been sent the email, but you would still have received the entitlement.

Is there anywhere we can change that opt in or out?? I was never asked this question when logging into this site and would like to receive the communication.

It says my email is not verified, but when I go to click the link they send me (which is in german for some reason) I'm told I'm already verified??

I'd also like to know how I can opt in to the emails... I feel like I'm missing out!

Can you clarify for me here. I pre-ordered the game, but I never received the email about the pre-order item. I was not registered to receive communication from EA, because frankly no company I've ever dealt with has not sent you an item received for purchase when if you didn't sign up for their mailing lists.

I've activated this communication, but I want to receive my code for the pre-order items. Who do I need to contact for this?
