Favourite: 47 (Hitman) :- Maybe it's partly because I've just come off a marathon playthrough of the whole series, but he has cool in spades and -while my favourite character probably changes bidaily- as an antihero he's miles ahead of the next contender (Kratos).

Least: Varian Wrynn (Warcraft) :- Arrogant, self-righteous, short-sighted git. You can keep the bear mount, it makes doing For The Horde almost worth the pain of scraping a group together just to kill him.

Raziel-Legacy of Kain series
In the beginning he is just after revenge but ends getting sucked into a whole Time Paradox due to his wraith nature. Quite a unique and complicated character. And wouldn't be so great without Michael Bell's amazing voice talent.

Ashley Williams-Mass Effect 1 an 2
Her subtle racism and religious views just set something made me hate her straight away. She's just glorified bigot. I guess some of the fanatical Templars and Mages are the same in DA2 and I hated them as well.

The Heroes characters I really loved their stories, made for some very interesting campaigns. The others I love the characters personal stories and how they developed over time.

Least favorite:
Wynne - DAO

Wynne was just too nosy and gave a few too many lectures. Don't really have any other characters that I dislike that much.
There are a couple that I dislike but it's in a way that made me think that the writers did a really good job with the character in provoking that reaction from me so I end up liking them after all.
